Shoes :
Since the Rod Laver models are the most common, i will give a demonstration on how to lace and modify them.
	Here is a pic of the bright white stock Rod Laver in all its glory. Now lets get to work on it.
	Take off your laces, this will let you get into your shoe a lot easier. The stock laces are really long, so getting a different pair of laces is a good idea.
	Taking out the insoles isn't necessary, but it is advised. You are going to be jumping up and down, over and over again, so getting a good pair of insoles will make a big difference. There is some adhesive underneath the stock insole, so just use some muscle and rip it out.
	This picture shows the toebox being wide open. When you start, the sides will be sewn down to the toebox. To cut the thread, pull up near the eyelets so you can see the threads that are holding it down, take a scissor or knife, and cut away carefully until you can pull up on the flaps completely.
	Once you have cut both sides of your lavers, you're ready to lace up. The method shown isn't the 'correct' method, there is no 'correct' method. If you're not sure how to lace up your lavers, this is a VERY good place to start. So start from your 4th eyelet from the bottom, and lace through.
	From the 4th eyelet up, criss cross lace 3 more holes up.
	Now take the laces and bring them back down to the 3rd eyelet up, lace it to the inside of the hole. Then from there, take the laces down one more hole (2nd hole up) and bring it from the inside, lace it through to the outside.
	Take your laces all the way back to the top, the 2nd hole from the top, and criss cross lace the rest of the shoe.
	This step is showing where the fold will occur when you lace your shoes. I use a some muscle and fold it between the 3rd hole and the 4th hole up from the bottom. When you wear your shoes and lace it tight, it will make it easier to start that fold.
	Slide those suckas on your feet. Pull them tight so the toe box opens up. That completes the basic mods you can do.
